Planning something important in Italy often means hiring professionals you may not know, sometimes from another country, in another language, and under unfamiliar terms.
Viaita helps you evaluate the professionals and proposals you are considering, understand what is being offered, and have someone on your side before and during the work we have agreed to support.
What Viaita Does

Introduces Italian professionals based on the type of wedding, celebration, heritage visit, or experience you are planning

Reviews proposals and pricing so you understand the scope, costs, deposits, timelines, and what is or is not included

Raises questions or concerns if something appears unclear, overpriced, or different from what was discussed

Assists with communication and stays involved with the professionals we introduce when that is part of our agreed role

Brings in our in-house Italian legal counsel when a contract or other legal issue needs review
What Viaita Does Not Do
Viaita is not the wedding planner, event producer, travel operator, photographer, florist, or other on-the-ground provider. Those services are performed directly by the professionals the client engages.

Meet Rosy
FOUNDER OF WEDDINGINWONDERLAND
Ciao! I’m Rosy, a destination wedding planner and designer with a lifelong love of Italy, beauty, and thoughtful design.
I studied architecture in Florence and began my career in interior architecture, working in both Italy and London. That background taught me to think about design and logistics together: how something should feel, but also how all the details need to work behind the scenes.
My own Tuscan wedding in 2008 changed the direction of my career. I realized I could bring together my experience in design, project management, and my love of Italy to help other couples create weddings here. That is how WeddingInWonderland began.
We are a boutique wedding planning and design studio, and I still approach every wedding personally. I want to understand the couple, the place they have chosen, and what they want the experience to feel like, then bring all of those pieces together with care.

He works alongside his wife, Egla, who manages the studio and helps ensure a highly tailored experience for clients.

Viaita can introduce local professionals and help arrange what the experience calls for, including private drivers, airport transfers, local transportation, and other services as needed.
When the visit is connected to a larger plan for Italy, such as relocation, a property search, or an extended stay, we can stay involved with those plans as well.
