Viaita was created to give you honest guidance and connect you with experienced professionals you can rely on when you’re making important decisions about Italy.
Viaita grew from a deep love of Italy, but also from seeing how easily people can be overcharged, misled, or left without support when they do not know what questions to ask or where to turn. Those experiences shaped the company we wanted to build: one that's personal, careful, and grounded in doing right by the people who come to us for help.
More than logistics, we embrace a lifestyle-driven approach, helping clients enjoy education, history, heritage, and family, while living the Italian way: working hard and savoring life’s simple joys.

OUR FOUNDER
Yvette Magistro
Yvette founded Viaita from a lifelong connection to Italy and more than 20 years of experience in sales, partnerships, and community development.
Her father is from Sant’Angelo di Brolo, Sicily, and Italy has always been part of her life, not simply a place she visits. Her love of Italian culture, history, and heritage also shaped her academic studies in Classics and Archaeology.
Throughout her career, listening carefully, earning trust, and bringing the right people together have been central to her work. She brings that same approach to Viaita, taking the time to understand what a client or partner is trying to accomplish, being honest about what is realistic, and giving each situation the attention it deserves.
For Yvette, that responsibility is personal.

OUR IN-HOUSE LEGAL COUNSEL
Studio Legale Internazionale
Viaita has in-house licensed Italian legal counsel with more than twenty years of experience across immigration, civil, criminal, and administrative law. That breadth matters because legal questions in Italy do not always begin and end with residency.
Legal work may include visas, residency and citizenship, property and contract review, inheritance matters, and other issues affecting individuals, families, or organizations living, working, studying, or doing business in Italy.
Viaita’s in-house counsel also leads Studio Legale Internazionale. When a matter requires additional legal expertise in Italy, the firm can involve other licensed Italian attorneys with the appropriate experience.
For our clients, this means you are not expected to recognize every potential issue on your own. There is someone paying close attention to the details, raising concerns when necessary, and helping protect your best interests.
