5. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information 

  • making your own decisions 

  • reviewing agreements with third parties

Viaita supports coordination and clarity but does not make decisions on your behalf.

6. Payments and Fees

If you engage Viaita for services:

  • fees will be outlined separately in a written agreement 

  • payment terms will be agreed upon prior to services being provided

Viaita may also maintain referral relationships with third-party providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, and branding — is the property of Viaita LLC unless otherwise noted.
